It begins...

Hopefully this blog is a great timesaver and plant saver in some cases for whomever comes across this journal.   Please post comments with your questions or experiences as it also can help others with their problems or gives them ideas.  I was raised in California and now am I'm in Utah experiencing a whole new environment for gardening.  There are a lot of challenges gardening in a desert area with cold winters and it takes a lot more care to help plants flourish.
